I am a nationally award-winning creative professional
with nearly 25 years of experience in online web design, marketing, print, and brand management, my focus has always been on making experiences intuitive, engaging, and effective. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in crafting marketing strategies that not only increase client revenue but also enhance team productivity. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams directly and indirectly, and have dedicated much of my time onboarding employees, training, and mentoring peers – fostering a collaborative work environment where colleagues can grow and thrive.
In addition to leadership roles, I’ve built strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, sales staff, and clients. My communication skills, both verbal and written, allow me to effectively convey and distill complex ideas about design strategy, usability, user experience, and AI implementation to an array of audiences. By leveraging my experience and ability to connect with others, I’ve played a pivotal role in driving business success and nurturing positive working relationships across diverse stakeholders.
In my downtime, I like to spend time with my friends and family, traveling, visiting museums, great restaurants, skiing, and concerts of all kinds from dance to classical to punk. I’m an avid creative junkie who uses the great sights and sounds I find to inspire my work.
Recent Project Spotlight: Spalign.Com
The site, originally designed and launched in 2010 was in need of a fresher look that also took advantage of the advances in site design, CMS options and availability, plugin support, and performance reporting.
“The corporate world can often be lacking in innovative thinking, but Wendy is the type of forward-thinker who can elevate an entire organization. Aside from being an incredibly talented designer in her own right, Wendy is relentless in her pursuit of improving upon existing best practices and pushing boundaries to not only follow current industry trends but be a torch-bearer in ushering in entirely new trends.”
— Nick Caron, Colleague
Recent Project Spotlight: Skinner law office
The challenge of this project wasn’t that the firm had very specific ideas about what they wanted to achieve with this rebranding, but rather that they were initially unavailable to the FindLaw team to assist in identifying points the firm felt needed improvement.
