Project type: website redesign
2019
Context / Challenges:
This was a project where I had two differing opinions, followed immediately by the elder of the two attorney partners going awol and leaving all of the design decisions from that point forward to the younger partner. The main goal of the site was just to give the site a more modern look and feel, keeping usability and the user experience front-of-mind.
The end result was a clean, monochromatic site that used large visual featured elements to pull the eye and drive end-users deeper into the site.
Project Scope:
- Select a color palette that added visual consistency to the site
- Craft engaging layouts and navigation throughout the site that encourages end-users to interact with buttons and links
- Use images in an engaging way that visually supports the section and/or page’s content
Notable Results:
WebAward: 2019 Legal Standard of Excellence on behalf of FindLaw
