Led creative direction for clients and internal design team by crafting data-driven design strategies and conceptualizing projects. Supported FindLaw’s product team in developing and launching a streamlined customer-facing product offering.
Created and implemented UI/UX strategies for internal team members and contracted design vendors. Collaborated with FindLaw’s top-tier clients on high-value and complex projects, from concept to completion with creative and successful outcomes. - Conceived, executed, and maintained all marketing and brand strategies for various platforms, including web, social media, fundraising, print, and merchandise.
- Conceptualized and designed Corps’ members leadership training program.
- Created and led RCR’s summer Drum Corps uniform management program by building distribution systems, identifying repair/replacement needs, organizing uniform components pre-season, and fitting uniforms for over 100 members.
- Transformed website content from solely image-based to comprehensive presentation by drafting organization background details from scratch.
- Transitioned CMS from an unknown product to WordPress in line with industry standards and designed a brand new website that unified the brand.
- Expanded membership from 80 to nearly 120 between 2016 and 2019 by facilitating recruitment efforts and attending events throughout the region.
