Context / Challenges:

This firm of young female attorneys didn’t want their age or gender to be the primary focus on their site’s homepage but rather, they wanted to focus on a younger-than-normal estate planning demographic, which tends to skew to customers in their fifties and sixties. LLP wanted to shift this thinking to target a younger, family market.

Project Scope:

  • Refine the established color scheme to ensure that it followed ADA guidelines for readability and contrast
  • Bring in visual elements that speaks to a younger family demographic that wanted to ensure their estates were settled sooner
  • Craft engaging layouts and navigation throughout the site that encourages end-users to interact with buttons and links
